If patient engagement is the new “blockbuster drug”, coaching is the delivery system. This session will present practical evidence-based coaching strategies to gather patient motivation, identify learning needs and barriers, set goals and build accountability. The evidence base on goal attainment and how to more effectively engage patients will be emphasized.
