If you think wellness coaching is for you, we will schedule a coaching call to see if we are a good fit. There is no fee for the first call. If you determine that wellness coaching is a good fit for you, we can schedule coaching sessions over the phone at any interval that works for you. During that conversation, I will be listening intensely and helping you mine your unique strengths and deepest desires about your wellness.
We work at the pace that you choose — I have clients from all over the country that I coach monthly, biweekly or weekly, so we do what works for you. My coaching practice is almost exclusively over the phone, which breaks down all kinds of barriers and increases candor. It is best to commit to coaching for at least 3 months.
Everybody responds differently to this process and I will be available between sessions to support you in any way I can through the transformative change process. For example, I have a number of clients who are writers who share important parts of themselves with me through writing or emails. I practice in a way that acknowledges that we need differering levels of support and contact and that deep, lasting change is not formuleic.
Wellness coaching expenses can be paid for using pre-tax dollars for those with Health Savings Accounts or Flex Spending Accounts.
Before each session, I take time to clear my head from all distractions, and sit in silence so that I can be fully present. Wellness coaching requires a high degree of presence and mindfulness. I practice radical acceptance of where you are with your health. Anything you tell me is completely confidential and only shared anonymously with my mentor coach colleague as needed. My record-keeping includes an electronic password-protected Word document summary that I will send you after each encounter.
