Discuss common myths about being overweight/obesity and present emerging science on how to address problems associated with food and eating patterns. We will explore issues such as food addiction, binging, cravings, emotional eating, brain plasticity, and teach you practical skills that will allow you to interrupt these patterns. Each person will leave with a deeper understanding of themselves in addition to remedies to empower you to take charge of your relationship with food and eating.
